Consultation via the website is a problem

The O2 centre’s redevelopment will have a huge impact on the people living all around the area

• I HAVE tried twice to respond to Camden Council’s consultation on Landsec’s proposed development of the O2 Centre.

Each time the website seemed to crash; it did not tell me my comments had been submitted, or thank me for them, or anything else (which is why I tried a second time).

I have responded to Landsec itself, but I am assuming Camden’s consultation is being done separately from Landsec’s.

If I am having trouble with Camden’s website, then I’m sure others are, too.

So when the consultation is finished, Camden will boast people aren’t interested because they did not take part in the consultation.

Win-win for Camden; lose-lose for its residents.
