Arsenal's mascot Gunnersaurus takes Ice Bucket Challenge – then nominates Chirpy and Stamford The Lion

GUNNERSAURUS – the dinosaur mascot at Arsenal football club – joined in the craze for the “Ice Bucket Challenge” this week, a worldwide drive to raise awareness and money for those suffering with motor neurone disease.
He nominated Spurs rival Chirpy The Cockerel to be next under the iced water. The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge – the ALS stands for Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which is how Americans refer to the disease – has become a global phenomenon with celebrities, sports stars and even former US President George Bush among those to have been filmed getting the freezy water.
