• I WOULD like to pay tribute to Eric Gordon and say what a tremendous achievement and legacy the CNJ has been and is, (Eric Gordon: Tributes to Camden’s great chronicler as founder and editor of CNJ dies at 89, April 8).

We are really fortunate to have such a community-minded paper close to the ground with continuity, finger on the pulse of both neighbourhood and national issues, truly cultural, fully professional yet personal, colourful and edgy, prescient, rolling up its sleeves as a team and going the many extra miles.
