Veolia needs to explain this poor service

• OUR outdoor food waste box disappeared while we were away in early August.

Three weeks ago I ordered a replacement from Veolia. I have now phoned to ask when it will arrive.

I was told end of October. And I was told I can put food waste in the dustbin (although it says on the dustbin I must not).

I understand that Camden, like most councils, is cash-strapped but what is giant international company Veolia’s excuse for such poor service?

Is it not getting enough cash from Camden Council?
