• THE 390 bus services is not the only one with problems, (What’s going on with the 390 bus?, October 24).

Some years ago I wrote to the CNJ about problems with the C11 services connecting the Royal Free Hospital, the Whittington Hospital and several schools in Camden. It was published with a very nice cartoon of the overcrowded bus (above).

Things have got much worse and the bus is regularly dangerously overcrowded. Often seating is unavailable for those who need it most.

This is a vital service to connect local hospitals and schools; and services have been reduced.
Drivers have a difficult job in managing this situation.
