• THANKS for publishing my letter about my efforts to get the Town Hall repairs team to fix my front door after it was wrecked by intruders while I was away in early October, (A broken front door not urgent? November 21).

As I predicted in the letter nobody from the council came on the appointed date (November 21). When I contacted Camden by phone, webchat, etc, I was told someone came on the November 5.

I hadn’t been informed of that visit, so November 21 visit didn’t happen either as someone had been already; though nothing was done. So I doubt anything will be done.

I was told if I want a replacement door that is for the estate manager to approve. The problem is that mine never responds. I’ve been in contact with my MP to take it to the next stage.

So waiting to see what happens.
