• WE at Haddo House thank the CNJ for publishing our letter, (Can’t you hear us? We do not want a phone mast! February 17).

Thanks for helping us be heard and sending a clear message that bullying should never be tolerated.

We are happy to report the 5G phone mast planning application was refused.

We’d also like to thank Cllr Siân Berry for her ongoing support and care in our plight, her input was invaluable.

Lastly, thank you to the planning department for not prolonging the decision process, minimising the worry placed upon residents and for showing us that our opinions do in fact matter, which can impact change.
