What about dog waste?
• I AM concerned about the levels of raw untreated sewage being disposed of in litter and general waste bins throughout Camden ending up in landfill sites and slowly releasing highly toxic amounts of nitrate into the environment.
Is there a threat to public health? What are the potential risks to the environment?
We see fit to dispose of human excrement in most cases in such a way it can be treated before it is released back into the environment.
So why not dog waste – given that it is classed as a biohazard with the same harmful ingredients as human excrement?
