NICKI Minaj kept her fans waiting in the blistering heat – just the five hours – before being mobbed outside the Koko music venue.

She had told her millions of Instagram followers that there would be a ‘meet and greet’ at the venue in Camden Town at noon. Some had arrived as early as 8am to be first in the queue.

But it was not until past 5 o’clock that she finally appeared and her visit was restricted to a short walk down Bayham Street. A ring of police officers protected her amid a crowd of hundreds shouting her name.
