The Camden Highline business plan

• IN support of Alasdair Hawkyard’s view (The Camden Highline plan is flawed, June 1), I have seen the Camden Highline business plan (updated 2021 – see detail marked, above) that shows how they have set out their proposed income and expenditure.

It is clearly not viable as the majority of their income is from the rental of unidentified “other spaces” or, commercial kiosks in Camden Gardens. Where is a viable business plan that illustrates capital expenditure, annual maintenance and reinstatement at the end of their lease?
