An obstacle course and stress just to get a GP appointment

• NOBODY other than someone in dire need of support is going to go to the trouble of seeing a GP other than when they consider it to be absolutely necessary, (Pay up for your medicine, September 28).

A bit of free Calpol in exchange for the obstacle course and stress you undergo just to get a GP appointment is a losing deal before you start.
