A CONVICTED bag snatcher has been banned from entering bars, pubs and cafés in Camden for the next 10 years. Jamal Balhadgi, 36, was convicted of 18 counts of theft at Isleworth Crown Court and jailed for three years and four months. An order prohibits him from entering licensed premises, coffee shops or cafés in Camden, Islington and Westminster.
