DURING the defeat against Wigan, I thought Arsene Wenger’s ranting at the fourth official was outrageous.

If it had been a player he would have been roundly criticised.

The same applies to the manager.

After all, it was not the fourth official’s fault that Arsenal lost.

He did not buy the players and choose the team. He is entitled to be treated with dignity.

It besmirches the name of Arsenal Football Club in front of millions of people watching on TV.
