• ARSENAL fans be warned – the Tottenham tide is turning. 

We might have left the Emirates on Sunday with only a point, but every man and his dog knows that Spurs deserved more. Even Chelsea fans were watching in awe at being given the chance to see what a proper London team looks like playing good football. 

Gaffer Mauricio Pochettino said he was “proud of the team” after the game, and so he should be. At just 19 and 21 years old respectively, Dele Alli and Eric Dier are forming the kind of young, vibrant, midfield partnership that wins a club silverware. 

But worry not Goons and blighted Blues, as there’s no reason to be envious of our rapidly-emerging youngsters.

Alli and Dier will soon also be starring for England, so you too will get the chance to support them – this summer when they’re helping England win the Euro Championships. What’s that? It sounds like I’m getting carried a way? 

Nonsense! England will have Kyle Walker, Ryan Mason and the mighty Harry Kane on call, too. With these guys it should be a shoo-in!
