YOUR SHOUT: No need to shed tears for Cesc

DEAR Mr Osley,

I have just read your article (The Crow, April 30) about Chelsea.

Thanks for making me laugh out loud about your concern for Cesc Fabregas.

I thought I was reading a Mills and Boon novel but, no, it was an article about a man called Cesc.

So he looks sad and broken does he?

Well he would do, of course, having won the Premiership and the League Cup with the best team in the Premier League by a mile.

I couldn’t agree more, he must be devastated!

He must be thinking: “If only I had stayed at Arsenal,  I would have had endless barren years and the little FA Cup final to look forward to”.

I suppose that is why Cesc wore a mask for most of the match against Crystal Palace – so we could not see his tear-stained face.

One thing he will know is that one day, when he leaves us, and possibly returns to the Bridge playing for another team, he’ll be sure to get a great welcome from Chelsea supporters.

Unlike the boos old Arsenal players get at your ground, or even players who still play for you – how shameful!

You must be so careful not to get too bitter, you know, Mr Osley.

Not only are all those sour grapes very hard to swallow, but you could end up with that haunted look of old Arsene Wenger – you know, the “played a Jose team 13 times, never won” look!

Now, I really must pop out and get poor old Cesc a sympathy card in consolation for all this winning stuff that we keep dumping on him.

It must be devastating!
