Arsenal Ladies got their new Women’s Super League campaign off to a winning start with a 3-2 victory over Everton at Meadow Park on Sunday.

Strikes from Danielle Carter and Jordan Nobbs cancelled out an early Everton goal from Toni Duggan.

Striker Duggan equalised for the visitors with her second of the game, but Katie Chapman’s header on 66 minutes secured a deserved win for the Gunners.
