CAMDEN Town came from a goal down to beat Watford Development 2-1 on Sunday in Division One North of the Greater London Women’s League.

Having gone behind early on, Town equalised when Jaclyn Thayer played a neat through ball for striker Carmel Clinton, whose fierce shot was palmed into the net by the keeper.

The visitors grabbed what proved to be the winner when striker Alex Henderson rose to head home Clinton’s inswinging corner.  

The result leaves Camden a point behind league leaders Tottenham Hotspur with two games in hand.
