Why won’t Camden allow the one-way Zipcar flex system to operate?

• CAMDEN encourages us all to give up private car ownership and join a car club for when we really need a car, so why do they not agree to Zipcar flex operating in the borough?

This is the one-way version where you can drop off the car at your destination. It operates in most other inner-London boroughs. Very frustrating for residents who don’t have a car.
