Why this excuse for overflowing bins?

Overflowing bins and fly-tipping on Belsize Terrace
• WOULD Camden Council like to explain why their excuse for the overflowing bins and fly-tipping on Belsize Terrace is because a licence has been granted for a “streatery” until January?
There hasn’t been a streatery for months and how many people are they expecting to sit outside in the freezing cold over the coming months?
Finally we have a lovely new shop, Belsize Organic, selling drinks, baked goods, and groceries but not fresh produce. Yet again the grocers are exempt from having any competition. Why?
Would Camden Council explain that to the residents as well?
