• IN reply to Linus Rees (A safer way to go, February 18), I am pleased that his journey from Fitzrovia to Queen’s Crescent has been made easier because of the cycle lanes but can he please explain to everyone why he feels it is OK to visit his friends when the whole country is in lockdown?

As someone who lives in Queen’s Crescent and is not allowed to visit my grandchildren in the same area I was wondering why he was an exception?
