Why is there no application for whole of the highline scheme?

• WHY is it that only one-third of the Camden Highline has so far been considered by Camden planners? Why was there no application for the whole scheme?
It’s hard to see how the current stated requirement of £50million could ever be raised, particularly when the only planning application that has been made is for phase 1 that runs essentially the length of Bonny Street.
And why is it that the highline group have kept very, very, quiet after all the letters, week after week, in the CNJ?
What visitor numbers are projected for phase 1? Why are they not starting at York Way to create a walking loop around King’s Cross via the canal?
We want to know how many years each of the three sections would be in place before they could be removed for more trains.
We want to hear how much the removal would cost, and if they have the money to pay for that. What is their plan for this?
A sponsor might provide money for an active entity but will they provide money to decommission it when required back by Network Rail?
