• FOR months I have been complaining about green bins being left on narrow footpaths.

The contract with Veolia requires them to be replaced within front gardens. Left on the pavement, they are not only a hazard to buggies and mobility scooters, to the visually challenged, but also a good advert to would-be burglars.

I have repeatedly sent evidence to those responsible but to zero effect.
