• TWO mixed recycling bins vanished without any warning from a spot on Grafton Road in NW5 last year.

After extensive queries we heard that they wouldn’t be returned and that they had encouraged dumping, according to Camden’s environmental services. Predictably dumping has continued.

Why won’t environmental services consult residents and do what they ask? What would have remedied the problem are several recycling bins and a black bag bin. Why is this so complicated?
