• WHEN I went out for an early morning walk this week, I was very careful to keep two metres away from everyone else on the Heath.

I had noticed the COVID-19 sign on entering the Heath. A few minutes later I went past the café near Parliament Hill and noticed the scene depicted in this photograph above.

Can people not read? Or do they just not care? I am at a loss to understand.
