• WHY are so many people lax in recycling? Is it because they do not understand why we should do this?

There are houses and flats near me in NW1 who leave their rubbish piled up in the bins and it consists of everything from clothes, nappies, and plastics to pieces of furniture, all in the same bin.

I am fed up with this couldn’t-care-less attitude. They need educating.
