Overflowing rubbish

• WHY do we have to put up with bins and overflowing rubbish on the pavements?

Inamo is a posh restaurant, on the corner with Hampstead Road and Mornington Crescent. They have a huge yard space but keep five bins on the pavement, empty or overflowing – which then attract more rubbish to be dumped.

I have tried to speak to them about this but been treated with utter disdain. Who is responsible for this? Restaurants on the High Street would never get away with it.
