Masks discarded all over the streets

• I AM appalled at the number of people who still do not wear face coverings and do not adhere to government guidelines.

They are not all exempt, surely, and even if they were where is the official proof to confirm this to others. Anyone could say they are exempt without showing any proof. It is open to abuse.

And why do people not dispose of face masks responsibly; but instead discard them all over the streets? It is very irresponsible to do this.

What is the mind-set of these individuals? I am afraid that the pride has definitely gone out of London.
