• WHERE have Biffa gone to?

At the rear of Budgens’ car park in Belsize Park there are both Camden and Biffa wheelie bins. The Camden ones are cleared regularly but the Biffa ones have not been cleared for months so they are overflowing.

Have not seen any of their vehicles in the area for some time.
