A problem has emerged here where we live in West Hampstead. We have had only one delivery of mail since November 23 and that was on the December 6 after we complained to Royal Mail.

We know there is mail for us; several items that we have ordered and some important correspondence has never reached us.

We have not received a single Christmas card by mail either. Could someone explain what is happening at our local sorting office, and maybe bring about a restoration of service, as our complaints to Royal Mail have had minimal effect?
