It’s the Union Flag, so what?

• HAVE just read your story (‘Give the new Euston Road a chance’, July 30).

As a Black taxi driver it’s a disgrace what Camden Council / Transport for London have done without consultation. Not that that matters to Camden – just look at Tavistock Place.

What disappoints me most is your report stating that David Kurten (who is quoted) sits in front of a Union Flag. What has that got to do with anything?

You must remember you are a local paper for the local people. It seems you’re trying to act like the daily rags that go out of their way trying to belittle people.

I expected better from you.
