The new Hawley Wharf development takes shape

• NO headlines from you saying “Camden obliges billionaire” or even “Council fails residents again”.

I suppose the result of the 50 Hawley Wharf licensing applications was a foregone conclusion – not worth a mention – though time was when the largest number of alcohol licensing applications ever seen in Camden would have merited a front-page banner head.

Perhaps you recalled the panels felt unable to turn down a single application from Camden Market in 2018 and thought it safe to assume the same result in 2019 – and in years to come?
