South End Green regularly experiences flooding [David Douglas]

• ON Thursday, February 22, the rain was streaming down Pond Street, collecting below South End Green and flooding into the Gentlemen’s public toilet.

Last summer I was unable to drive out of Parliament Hill because of flooding beside Hampstead Heath train station.

With climate change and tropical storms forecast in the coming years isn’t it time for Camden Council to develop a more effective flood-prevention strategy?
