• I TOO want to express my warm appreciation of outgoing Camden mayor, Richard Cotton.

He was generous with his time and exemplary in performing his duties, visiting many of the charities with which I work.

He had an uncanny knack of being able to judge just how formal an occasion needed to be, or to be more relaxed and join in any festivities.

He always had a smile for everyone and was genuinely interested in what they did. He was fun, inclusive, and great company.

Congratulations on a successful year that obviously cheered up many Camden constituents.
