• ON a recent visit to London I happened to pick up your free newspaper.

I can honestly say it was an excellent read! I enjoyed the journalism, the reports and the pages of readers’ letters.

I am based in the West Midlands in Dudley. We get a free newspaper which, to be honest, is incomparable to yours. It has plenty of adverts, but no letters pages, it never questions and is often used as a mouthpiece for the local MP.

May I congratulate you all at your newspaper for a really varied and enjoyable read. I shall look out for the Camden New Journal next time I am in London as it is a credit to you and the community.
