Instead the council has wasted public money on planters in Camden with no water supply or maintenance in Tottenham Court Road for one.

There you will see beds covered in rubbish and dead plants. Here in Belsize Park, where we offer our help, they make positive noises and do nothing.

We have talked about the benefits to traders and residents if this area is valued and beautified, while Camden officers get moved on and we start again with our requests.

We all pay our taxes and Camden has a responsibility to respect and listen to the thoughts of its residents.
