• WHILE shopping at Sainsbury’s in Camden Road only the other day, I asked a member of staff if I could use the toilet.

They said there wasn’t one and the only advice they gave me was to go to the public toilets in Camden Town. I can’t walk easily and by then it was too late and I wet myself.

I haven’t felt so embarrassed and humiliated in all my life. I can’t understand why they haven’t got toilets in there. I feel sorry for people in wheelchairs and on crutches who have an accident like me. It’s so embarrassing.
