• WE are tenants of Clarion and have had our roof leaking water for three-and-a-half years.

We actually have a bucket in the living room to catch the rain, had our gas back boiler and radiators replaced last December by electric radiators and an immersion heater when we complained that we were unable to get the flat warm and engineer from the contractors came and measured the heat loss and found there was a 40 per cent heat loss on the upper floor; as there was no insulation because it is a very old building.

We contacted Clarion in January regarding insulation and were told a surveyor would contact us. Despite numerous phone calls and emails (which we have logged) they have done absolutely nothing.

I understand several of the neighbours are also having problems with roofing on our street too.

We have been tenants previously of Circle and were taken over by Clarion; but they seem unable to keep their properties in decent standard.
