I don’t want, or agree with Camden’s proposal of the new system.

I’ve been in the property for over 46 years, and don’t recall ever having these problems. I have been very sick – and my husband – because it’s so cold in the flat.

I pay my full rent and council tax. And although I am now struggling, I’m still paying all my bills.

But I have to say that I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service that we’re getting from Camden Council.
