Van Morrison to play two ‘socially distanced gigs' in Camden Town
Brown Eyed Girl singer booked in for concerts at Electric Ballroom
Tuesday, 4th August 2020

MUSIC legend Sir Van Morrison is to play two intimate – but socially distanced – gigs in Camden Town next month.
The Brown Eyed Girl singer, who turns 75 later this month, will be at the Electric Ballroom in Camden High Street on Saturday September 5 and Sunday September 6.
Only 400 tickets will be available for the concerts, all of which went on sale this afternoon (Tuesday).
Promoter Vince Power said: “In order to follow government guidelines we are only able to offer a limited number of tickets so these will be two very unique and special gigs and the chance to see an incredible performer in a very intimate environment.”

The venue’s normal capacity is 1,500. Post-lockdown, it has used the rear of the building to run a bar called the Backyard Ballroom, open from 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
