• FURTHER to the council’s “open” consultation on low traffic neighbourhoods we have had to put up with the crazy situation on Parkway.

The dubious conclusions Camden took from Covid-19 traffic levels over the past year were used to justify forcing all northbound traffic for miles around up this narrow street.

Result, logjam for many hours of the day, disrupting deliveries, businesses, residents, and emergency vehicles… whose sirens now add to the increased noise pollution for all in the area as they sit in stationary traffic.

Hooting cars add to the mix, frustrated drivers driven mad by solid, non-moving, traffic, especially bad for extended periods in the morning and evening.

Not good at all for the restaurants, bars, shops, and residents of Parkway and all those that live within earshot… Thanks for nothing Camden.
