Puddles in Brunswick Square

• HOW to get wet feet.

Once again Camden engineers have tried and failed to get water to flow uphill from the puddle to the drainage gulley on the right.

Here, pictured above, at Brunswick Square they have created what I call a “pedestrian puddle” where the kerb is lowered to allow disabled people to cross on the level.

It looks like they have actually lowered the gulley; but to no avail because the whole stretch of road was not set with a level to give the necessary slope to the gulley.

It can be seen that there is also a much shallower pedestrian puddle on the other side of the road.
