They lied when they said road closures were temporary and experimental!

• AT the outset of Camden’s campaign of imposing “temporary” road closures I wrote to you to say I did not believe they would be temporary and that the council were embarking on a massive anti-car campaign.

I am gratified but saddened it is now admitted that I was correct. This confirms my view the council consistently lied to us about schemes being experimental and temporary. Shame on them.
