They have made rubbish collection stressful and that is annoying

• I AM very disappointed in Camden Council yet again making a mess (literally) of the rubbish collection. As a carer for a family member this signals more stress.

In West Hampstead orange bags have to be used now instead of black bin bags to be collected every two weeks. OK if you haven’t got memory problems but what if you do and keep forgetting and using black bags as you have done all your life?

Now I have to keep reminding my relative to use the orange bags.

What about flies, rats, smell? People’s personal circumstances? Have Camden thought of this? No. I don’t think it’s been thought through.

Also, two weeks ago I had someone rifling through my recycling wheelie bin on a Sunday, with her hand down in it, talking to me like I’m stupid and pulling items out of it that wasn’t even put into it by me. It was the council’s very own builders.

This is adding more stress to people’s lives. What for? To save money. Very annoying, and it is going to lead to people fly-tipping! I’ve lived in the borough for 30 years and this is ridiculous.
