Litter thrown into planters and shrubs in Swiss Cottage

• AFTER Camden Council put all the nice planters and shrubs planted in Swiss Cottage at the walkway to the open space, look at what people do. They throw their litter into them, and more and more litter is discarded in these daily.

It’s the same thing always. Plant stuff then leave it unmaintained. Why is no one clearing this, it looks awful and there are plenty of bins nearby.
