• WE have mice in our block, where they have filtered through to my flat, which I have been trying to combat for two months.

To say that this is disgusting needs no explanation. Why won’t Camden Council deal with this problem en masse, in other words do the whole block including where they live, which is down in our lower basement where the hot water / heating system is situated?

I have asked the pest control officer who has called twice why can’t we have this happen but he seems nonplussed. I have finally emailed the leader of the council to see if we can resolve this major problem.

Calling for someone to ring back seems like asking for the Moon – impossible. I already suffer from depression and anxiety and this has made me a lot worse.
