The 20mph limit just causes more traffic jams and pollution

• WHOEVER thought of making main roads 20mph has just caused more traffic jams and pollution and made drivers more dangerous because as soon as they pass the cameras they go twice as fast, even overtaking cars doing 20mph, till they get to the next lot of cameras.

I can understand 20mph in side roads but, please, let people get from A to B at 30mph. That is not fast. We all know that certain people would like London to be traffic-free, but that will never happen.
