The Women’s Rights Network is growing fast

• WOMEN in Camden, like so many other adult females all over the country, are fed up of being ignored and treated as second-class citizens.
Sometimes it can be hard to hold the line, even when you know you are right, if you feel you are the only one doing it.
The Women’s Rights Network has allowed so many women to stop feeling that they are a lone voice. In Camden a wide range of women, from different backgrounds, came together through the WRN.
We found there were so many more of us than we expected and we have over 70 members from nearly every ward across the borough. And this number is growing daily.
Not only do we supply encouragement and sisterhood to each other but were able to lobby local politicians and the local newspapers on areas that are important to women and children across Camden.
The issue with the Camden Parkway loos highlights exactly why we were formed: to fight for our inalienable rights based on the fact that we are females, biologically distinct from males.
We know our sex-based rights (to toilets, free speech, sport) will disappear if we don’t pay attention and join this struggle and get all councillors to #RespectMySex.
Catch us on the doorstep or scan the barcode of our flyers for more information on what we are about!
