Lisa Perry outside Blustons in Kentish Town

• A SHAME Octavia Foundation dispensed with Lisa Perry (manager of Blustons in Kentish Town Road) because they wanted a “community shop manager”, (Fears for future of Blustons charity shop as manager is made redundant, September 3).

I remember how this historic shop deteriorated when it was squatted. As a well-run charity shop it has provided visual interest to the high street. What could be a better contribution to the “community”.
