• THIS is sheltered accommodation for 75 people and, as you can imagine, a lot of letters are delivered.

That is, until five weeks ago when the Post Office stopped daily deliveries to Friday only. This was with no forewarning. I find this arrogance beyond belief and many residents are very upset by this.

I must point out that the staff, managers, and others, here are helpful and very good at their jobs and have contacted the Post Office.
