The entire Camden Town tube area is being allowed to fester and rot
Thursday, 11th May 2017
• ONCE again Camden High Street is subject to busking, open drug dealing by gangs of youths touting tourists and harassing passers-by.
Homeless people ere lying with bedding in the doorway of the Electric Ballroom, complete with barking dog, and the buskers were outside Camden Town tube station.
Seriously, has Camden given up on this entire area? The enforcement team is harassed by drunks and the gangs whenever they try to tackle the buskers – local residents feel more and more unsafe, and where is there any sign of police presence or support?
It is absolutely shocking how the entire Camden Town tube station area is being left to fester and rot!
This on top of excess noise from local shops – unlicensed ice cream vans spewing fumes into people’s homes. The list goes on and, no matter how civilised we have been in our approach, it keeps getting worse. If I was a visitor to Camden I would be appalled.
I will be talking with local residents as it is about time we started an online presence on social media to report these issues so that a wider audience is aware.
